walking it off

I find walking for any reason helps me cope better.

I have to say it has only been two months ago that I found out I have RA. Let me say it is very scary for me. It seems the more I read there has to be something all of us have in common.

I would like to do a study on how people deal with this.

Let's face it all of us only went to find out what was wrong because the pain is over the top. We wanted to know this pain was not in our heads, yet when you get the news that it is RA your reaction is, oh I am not crazy but it can't be RA. They paint such a ugly picture of Rheumatoid Arthritis that it is to much to take in.

I figure if enough life experience are told to me and how they got out of pain I would begin there. Need feed back, email me at millardlori8gmail.com

I think it's excellent that you have remained active and respect your need for rest.

Hello, I just found this blog. My husband has Psoriatic Arthritis. He was diagnosed in 2007. It wasn't so scary at first for us, but when some of the meds weren't working and we started learning more and more, it did become very frightening. Hope you're having a good day. Nice to meet you. Here's my blog where I've written about our story. www.youngwifestale.com/blog
