TIPS ON CHRONIC PAIN

walking it off

by lori
(newport washington )

I find walking for any reason helps me cope better.

I have to say it has only been two months ago that I found out I have RA. Let me say it is very scary for me. It seems the more I read there has to be something all of us have in common.

I would like to do a study on how people deal with this.

Let's face it all of us only went to find out what was wrong because the pain is over the top. We wanted to know this pain was not in our heads, yet when you get the news that it is RA your reaction is, oh I am not crazy but it can't be RA. They paint such a ugly picture of Rheumatoid Arthritis that it is to much to take in.

I figure if enough life experience are told to me and how they got out of pain I would begin there. Need feed back, email me at millardlori8gmail.com
